Joe has been working professionally with audio, video and related systems since 1988. Starting as a guitar accessory salesman at a large Musical Instrument Retailer, Joe advanced to become the Department Head of the Drum Section and then the Pro Sound Division. This experience led him in 1998 to HP Electronics, Inc. and the installation side of Audio and Video, where he has learned the sophisticated needs and techniques of designing and implementing professional, commercial grade AV. As a working musician, sound person and project studio owner, Joe understands the aspects of theater and house of worship presentations beyond his design and installation work at HP, offering additional guidance to his clients. Outside of work and music, Joe enjoys sports, especially baseball and hockey, the outdoors and spending time with his wife and 2 kids.

Andy brings over 40 Years of related job experience, from across the country, to HP Electronics Inc., dating back to the early 1980's.
AV Integration projects have developed into multi-technology coordination efforts encompassing traditional and digital audio, video, and control, linked by network communications to bring an experience beyond the realm of imagination from days gone by.
As technology virtually doubles every couple of years, a great deal of self-education and technological certifications are provided to the clients for their systems, in a transparent manner.
Andy has been certified by numerous manufacturers like Crestron, Extron, Shure, QSC, and Biamp, as well as industry design standard associations such as Avixa CTS-D to keep up with an ever changing industry.
